  3. Led the rebranding of QVALON from MD Audit, taking charge of creation of new designs for social media and presentations, and designing two methodological books.

Empower teams with a clear and intuitive tool that allows for easy planning, tracking, and coordination of tasks. To achieve this, we aim to:

  1. Design a feature that allows users to easily assign tasks to team members within the Gantt chart.
  2. Implement drag-and-drop functionality for seamless resource allocation adjustments.
  3. Develop features that enable users to easily adjust task durations within the Gantt chart.
  4. Implement functionality for real-time modification of task dependencies to reflect changes accurately.

I closely examined industry leaders such as GantPRO, Monday, Paymo, Teamgantt. In this section, I will share valuable insights from this analysis, shedding light on what makes these apps successful.

In this project, after discussions with the analysist and developer teams, we decided to take a non-trivial approach to editing due to .  Typically only one or two managers can edit the Gantt. While one person is making changes to the Gantt chart, another person can observe and receive notifications.
