Empower teams with a clear and intuitive tool that allows for easy planning, tracking, and coordination of tasks. To achieve this, we aim to:

In this project, after discussions with the analysist and developer teams, we decided to take a non-trivial approach to editing due to . Typically only one or two managers can edit the Gantt. While one person is making changes to the Gantt chart, another person can observe and receive notifications.

As QVALON B2B app it’s important to know users’ roles and their responsibilities. For WFM we used 3 Roles: Employee, Store Director, COO

The main findings show that people really need a system that gets attendance right, makes data entry easier, improves communication, shifts from paper to digital, and allows for easier oversight with a user-friendly interface.
